All items on this website are in stock for immediate shipment. We aim to send you order out as soon as possible after your order is placed, usually within 1-2 days. If for any reason there is a delay, we will notify you by email.
If there is a product you have your heart set on, but we do not have it in stock, or if we have run out of your size of a particular garment, please use the contact form and let us know - we will do our best to order it in for you.

We accept payment with credit cards via the secure Paypal system, or by direct bank deposit if you are located within New Zealand.

Flat rate postage & handling is $5.00 tracked within New Zealand. Even if you order a handbag and a huge armful of dresses this will still only be $5.00 - bargain!
International postage for most items has a flat rate of $10.00 NZD. Larger or heavier items may incur extra postage. If so we will email you and give you an accurate postage amount and send you a Paypal invoice. Please note that international post will not have any tracking. Contact us before ordering if you wish to discuss overseas tracking options. Customers are liable for any duties, taxes and other charges that may be incurred upon entry into their country.

Your privacy and the security of your personal information is important to us. We do not sell or distribute your information to anyone. No credit card details are stored by us - all credit card purchases are processed through a secure payment gateway.
Returns:
We love all of the products we stock, and we hope you will too! If you receive your order and are not happy with it for any reason, please contact us immediately and we can arrange a refund or exchange upon return of the item
Returned items must be in as new condition. Worn, soiled, altered, or damaged items, items in soiled or damaged packaging, or items missing labels and tags will not be accepted for return.
Stockings must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
Shoes and boots must be returned in their original boxes.
Returned items must arrive back to us within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please advise us if you intend to return anything before you send it!
When returning items, please send them using a tracked postage method. Your package will then be traceable, and will serve as evidence of mailing. We are not responsible for any returned packages getting lost in the post. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on goods returned to us unless we have made a mistake with your order.
